How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → MomSchooler.

Can I use MomSchooler with multiple children?

Yes! MomSchooler creates personalized plans for each of your children. Add as many children as you'd like in your family profile.

How do I change my daily schedule?

Go to your Profile and tap "Routines" to adjust your start time, lunch break, and learning blocks. Your plans will automatically update.

What if an activity doesn't work for us?

Just skip it! Tap on any activity and choose "Skip" or "Replace" to get a new suggestion. MomSchooler learns from your preferences over time.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.
