Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your MomSchooler account and all associated data, you can do so directly in the app.

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the MomSchooler app
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom right)
  3. Scroll down to Account Settings
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account"

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, email)
  • All children's profiles and data
  • Weekly and daily plans
  • Curriculum progress and tracking
  • Gamification data (XP, badges, streaks)
  • All routines and preferences
  • Subscription information

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
