By accessing or using Christled ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. What Christled Is
Christled is a faith-based mobile application that helps users:
- Find scripture matched to their personal situations and struggles
- Engage with daily devotionals
- Maintain a private prayer journal
- Track spiritual growth and reading habits
- Connect with a community through shared prayer requests
- Use Pax, a prayer companion that tracks ongoing prayer themes
3. Important Disclaimer
Christled provides scripture and spiritual content for personal reflection and growth. It is not a substitute for a personal relationship with God, pastoral counseling, church community, or professional mental health services. If you are in crisis, please seek appropriate professional help immediately.
4. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- Parents and guardians are responsible for minors' use of the Service
5. The Service is Free
Christled is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future. Any such changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
6. Community Guidelines
When using community features such as shared prayer requests, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect
- Not share content that is hateful, harassing, or inappropriate
- Not use the platform for solicitation or spam
- Not share others' personal information without their consent
- Report any content that concerns you to our team
7. Your Content
- You own content you create — prayers, journal entries, notes
- Content you choose to share publicly may be visible to other users
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- By sharing content publicly you grant us a limited license to display it within the app
8. Your Privacy
Your private prayers and journal entries are encrypted and never shared. Only content you explicitly choose to make public will be visible to others. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, devotional content, and app features are owned by Pistacho Apps and protected by copyright and trademark law. Bible texts are used under appropriate licenses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pistacho Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing hey@pistachoapps.xyz.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
